Mapping out proposal
1. Research question: Whether skipping breakfast does cause obesity and a series of diseases?
2.Hypothesis: Yes, the more you skipping breakfast, the more likely you are to get sick.

Many original studies showed that skipping breakfast had something to do with obesity, but the result of these studies were inconsistent. This article used meta-analysis to confirm that skipping breakfast led to overweight/obesity, which was convincing and proved that it was a universal result.
The paper helped me start my demonstration.

This article demonstrated why skipping breakfast could cause obesity and the benefits of having breakfast. It provided me the theory of how skipping breakfast causing obesity and help me demonstrate how breakfast functioned.

This article aimed to compare the risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) in habitual 'breakfast skippers' with those of 'habitual breakfast eaters' in Western part of India. It confirmed that Habitual breakfast skippers are at increased risk for development of CAD and hypertension and provided me evidence.

This article aimed at finding the relation between breakfast skippers and BMI and the relation between breakfast, which could provide me more information to talk about skipping breakfast and obesity further.
