Mapping Out Proposal
Question : What changes will I see in my health when eating four healthy meals a day for a two weeks?
Hypothesis : I'm hoping to see good/healthy weight gain but also I am looking for myself to be in a better mood. I feel like eating junk food all the time puts me in a crappy mood and does not make me feel good at all. I also think that after the two week period I am going to want to maintain the pattern of eating the four meals per day.
