This article is applicable because with this I can set the tone with what exercising and dieting really are. People understand concepts better when you map it out before and with this article I can thoroughly explain the basic concepts of exercising and dieting before getting into data later in the paper.

This article is useful to back up my hypothesis because this has to deal with studies of physical actvity imporving one's mental health. This is just setting an image early in the paper ti get a feel for what actually postivie comes out of exercising.

Exercising for LIFE. (2018). Tufts University Health & Nutrition Letter, 36(7), 3.

This article is to help get older and also young people to start thinking about their elderly health. This aticle provides statistics that show age-related decline in physical activity. People like me are trying to make this an alert to people so when everyone becomes elderly then can still be able to move properly ot even be able to do stuff with your grandkids in the future.

Fuhrman, J. (2018, April 3). The Hidden Dangers of Fast and Processed Food. Retrieved from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6146358/.

This article is to help people be more cautious when eating foods. This article explains the risk of consuming processed foods. Obesity is a huge problem in America today and one of the leaders to that problem is processed foods so I am trying to show the negative side of what not dieting looks like. Watch what you are eating for the sake of your health.

This article is aplicable to support my hypothesis with in depth information over Noncommunicable diseases(NCD's). This is shwoing truth about unhealthy diets can lead to mental health issues. Depression and dementia are big diseases that come from unhealthy dietary eating habits. Again still trying to get people aware of the risk your body can go through if you do not take care of it by showing the negative connotations that come with an unhealthy lifestyle.

Survey Questions:

1.) Do you exercise? How often do you exercise?
2.) What does your diet maily consist of? Do you watch what you eat?
3.) Do you think the way you have been living in terms of exercising and eating healthier has affected your overall health? Mental, Physical, Spiritual, and emotional Health.
